Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handling the end-to-end recruitment processes & talent acquisition
  • Provide HR support for performance reviews, employee feedback sessions, and career development programs tailored for creative talent.
  • Managing and monitoring HR functions including organizational development, personnel admin, etc.
  • Oversee daily HR and general affairs operations, including employee attendance, payroll administration, and leave management.
  • Engage with external vendors to fulfill our training needs, from pitching sessions to training, and learning.
  • Assist with all internal & external HR-related matters and day-to-day management of human resources operations
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 6 months - 1 Years of experience in HRGA or Recruiter roles, preferably in a creative or dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with creative industry roles and recruitment processes for these positions is a plus.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and adapt fast in dynamic situations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in creative fields.
  • Proactive and collaborative.
  • Energetic, high mobility, and a fast learner.
  • Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel is a must.
