Job Description:- Handling end to end recruitment process (Job posting, screening, individual test, interview, offering/rejecting, onboarding)
Preparing HR Documents- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employement and status-change data by HRIS system
Handling administration for Performance Potential Evaluation (PPE)
- Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reports
Handling all General Affair matters (restocking medicine, office stationer, etc)- Plan and organize employee's activities to encourage employee engagement
- Bachelor Degree of any major
Have minimum of 1 year proven experience as HRGA- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Ms. Office
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
* Initiative person
- Have the ability to coordinate in a team in terms of executing ideas.
