Functions
- Supervise the recruitment, training, and evaluation processes of employees.
- Manage HR administration, employee compensation, and maintain good employee relations by formulating HR policies and fostering a positive company culture.
- Oversee General Affairs aspects such as office facilities, procurement and maintenance of inventory, ensuring workplace safety and efficiency, and coordinating company agendas and internal activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the entire recruitment process (from open recruitment to onboarding).
- Monitor employee performance (performance reviews).
- Keep updated with and adjust to government policies and applicable laws, and monitor the implementation of company policies.
- Perform calculations and analyses related to employee compensation and benefits (payroll, social security, etc.).
- Monitor and process all procurement of goods (company assets and inventory).
- Receive and process maintenance requests (company assets and inventory).
