Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee administrative processes, including the integration of new employees into the HRIS system.
  • Responsible for handling documents related to employees, such as employment contracts, extensions, and other administrative documents.
  • Storing and managing employee archives in accordance with company policies.
  • Conducting the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation.
  • Ensuring that employee data is updated and accurate in the HRIS system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Management/Business/Information Technology/Information Systems
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Experience in handling HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies and procedures
