Responsibilities

• Identifying user requirements and writing technical specification
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resource
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements

Requirements

• The Min YOE: 5 Years
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science/information system
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant HR software.
• Solid technical background (i.e. SQL, Object Oriented Programming )
• Proven working experience as a project leader in HRIS software development
• Understanding Software Development Life Cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct problem solving, especially in technical fields
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
