Inspect Emergency Response facility to ensure the readiness of usage
Handle Contractor Work Permit to ensure contractors activity in under HSE monitoring.
Handle HSE promotion program by creating communication media through article, poster, and other media
Create Environmental document, such as RKL RPL Rinci, Rintek B3/Limbah B3, Rintek Emission (if any updates), ensure the related legal compliances, and prepare semesterly reporting both of manual and online platform to Environmental Ministry and related parties in timely manner.
Facilitate discussions on HSE reports and findings.
Create safety report to Disnaker in timely manner.
Record and Control HSE Documents (Inc. Procedures, Manual, Guidance, HSE Activity, etc)
Create and assess the legal and other requirements compliance and update the database if any new or changes regulations.
Conduct Safety Patrol and Inspection through Workshop to assess the compliance of HSE regulations.
Coordinate with related parties to follow up nonconformities found during the Patrol or Inspection with proper manners.
Maintain equipment and coordinate with vendor to arrange the re-certification schedule, including monitor the personnel certification that handled by HR department.
Supervise the field job activities as a Safety Man, if needed.
Deliver HSE training programs to employees and management to enhance safety awareness.
Arrange Safety meetings to design and monitor HSE Program.
Support Incident Investigation program.
Support HSE event; such as Safety Month celebrations, quiz and rewards, etc.
Conduct basic HSE training and evaluate the effectiveness of training result.
