Responsibilites :
Inspect PPE and other safety tools
Ensure safe and healthy working enviroment
Implement emergency response procedures
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety report
Conduct periodically fire extinguisher inspection
Assist incident investigation including verifying root cause and determine preventive measures
Prepare and maintain HSE documents such as procedure, policy, form, record, etc
Provide reports related to HSE requirements, including P2K3 & monthly reports
Provide toolbox meeting, induction, and attendance of progress and safety meeting
Ensure all activities is executed safely and in full compliance with the HSE procedures
Conducts health, safety, and environmental training and orientation sessions to ensure staff or worker understanding and compliance with standards and regulations
Requirements :
Minimum education Bachelor's degree in K3/Safety or any related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledgeable in HSE regulation (local and other requirements)
Strong leadership, problem solving, and management skill
Willing to work both in office and onsite
