We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Capital Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in psychology to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human capital management and to develop their skills in a professional setting.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Employee Branding: Support the branding process by preparing necessary documentation and content branding design for social media
- Training & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
- Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement activities and events.
- HR Administration: Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, handling HR-related inquiries, and preparing reports.
Requirement:
- Education: Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology.
- Good Knowledge of basic Human Capital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
