Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with related department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and resolving employee conflicts.
  • Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Payroll Processing:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Calculate and process salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation-related matters.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Performance Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance objectives and monitor employee progress.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans when necessary.

Administrative Support:
  • Oversee general office administration, including facilities management and procurement.
Manage travel arrangements.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirement:


Experience in Human Resource at least 2 years
