Must-Have Requirements
Work Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources or Human Capital, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role, such as HR Manager, HC Manager, or an equivalent position.
- Experience in the manufacturing or production-oriented industries, especially in the cable industry, is advantageous due to the unique HR challenges in this sector.
Education and Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree in Management or Human Resources is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or HRCI-SPHR are highly valued as they indicate professional competency in HR.
In-Depth Understanding of Human Capital Strategy
- Ability to design HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
- Experienced in creating policies that foster a productive and collaborative corporate culture.
Skills in Change Management and Organizational Development
- Understanding of change management methodologies, especially during periods of transformation or restructuring.
- Ability to develop organizational initiatives, including structuring the organization, team development, and performance management.
Skills in Employee Relations and Compliance
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and government regulations related to employment, as well as internal policies to support compliance and mitigate risk.
- Ability to manage conflict, conduct negotiations, and ensure effective communication between employees and management.
Strong Managerial and Leadership Skills
- Proficiency in leading HC teams, managing budgets, and collaborating with leaders from other departments.
- Ability to build good relationships across all levels of the organization, with skills in motivation, coaching, and mentoring.
Analytical and Data-Oriented Skills
- Analytical skills to make data-driven HR decisions, such as analyzing employee metrics, measuring training effectiveness, and monitoring employee engagement levels.
- Experience with human resource information systems (HRIS) like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or other HR software.
Strong Communication Skills
