The role of an Administrative Executive cum HR involves overseeing various administrative functions while also managing human resources tasks within an organization. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities efficiently.
  • Roles & Responsibilities
Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
  • Coordinate administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing company events.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by resolving administrative issues promptly.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Address employee queries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
Serve as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization through announcements, newsletters, or other communication channels.
Collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance HR operations.
Managing Agreement and Stamping
  • Managing Training, Safety and Health
To assist on any other ad-hoc assignments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
Bahasa (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

* 50% (Required)
