Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staffing:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with related department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and resolving employee conflicts.- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Calculate and process salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation-related matters.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Collaborate with managers to set performance objectives and monitor employee progress.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans when necessary.
Administrative Support:- Oversee general office administration, including facilities management and procurement.
Manage travel arrangements.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirement:
Experience in Human Resource at least 2 years
