- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Responsible for complete payroll data
- Make sure that HR have the attendance recap for payroll every month
- Ensure all employee registered BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
- Make a payroll report for Finance to execute, Director and HR Manager for record
- Receive all leave, SKD, check the eligibility and record.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Calculate and report the THR calculation as per employee religion.
- Design and implement company policies
- Make contract for all employee
- Make monthly report
- Candidate must hold bachelor degree
- Having minimum 1-3 years of working experience as a HR Operational will be an advantage
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Live in Bali or willing to move to Bali
- Able to join immediately
