- Job Description:
Lead and manage internship hiring programs, including planning, strategizing, and executing initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to create a sustainable pipeline for fresh graduate hiring.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of recruiting processes and university hiring landscapes to attract and recruit top talent.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internship positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (e.g., hiring managers, HR team) and external stakeholders (e.g., university career centers, student organizations).
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with students, lecturers, and university representatives.
Conduct face-to-face conversations and presentations with students and academic professionals.- Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and other recruiting functions.
Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns and events to enhance the internship program.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in program management and intern recruiting.- Well-versed in recruiting processes and the university hiring landscape
Ability to strategize, plan, and execute internship hiring programs with a focus on long-term sustainability.
- Confident and experienced in managing relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to lead face-to-face conversations with students and lecturers.- Flexibility to adapt to various scheduling needs related to university and student activities.
Able to commit a minimum of 12 months contract
