  • Process monthly payroll

  • Process monthly statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)

  • Employee monthly claim

  • Recruitment and On-boarding:

    -Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
  • Other HR/Admin Operations:

- Address employee inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

- Prepare a letter related to employees (Letter offer, confirmation, increment, disciplinary issues)

- Liaise with HR system provider for any inquiries

- Any other tasks to assigned by the superior / management from time to time
  • Qualifications

- Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder in Human Resources

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in HR field

- Good understanding of HR principles and practices

- Independent while being detailed-oriented

- Good team work spirit and communication skills

- Experience in HR software Info-Tech (TMS, Payroll, Claim, Pay, Mobile Attendance)

- Able to work in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong

- Working hours: 8.30am till 5.30pm (Mon till Friday)
