The opportunity:

The Human Resources team is looking for an HR Advisor to play a critical role in building strong relationships with employees at all levels.

The HR Advisor will manage the day to day processes of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with teams across functions including Recruitment, Reward and Benefits, Learning & Development, and payroll.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree, with at least 5 to 7 years human resources experience ideally in a legal or professional services firm
• Well-versed in HR operations with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confident in interacting with people at all levels
• Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders
• Strong client services focus, whilst maintaining confidentiality
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed
• Effective planning, scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills
• Ability to understand new concepts quickly and put learning into action
• Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency
• Exposure to Indonesia employment law, including Law Society regulations is an advantage
• Familiar with using MS office applications - excel, word, power-point
• Familiar with using WorkDay is preferred HR information system.
