Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and analysis on HR-related data, including employee demographics, turnover rates, and compensation benchmarks.
• Analyzing employee feedback and survey data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assisting with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
• Compiling and preparing reports and presentations for HR leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
