  • Drive occupational health and safety processes and procedures, coordinate with the health and safety team for the implementation and conduct internal HSE audit.
  • Execute health and safety engagement activities to promote safety in the organization to ensure 100% health & safety of employees.
  • Maintain record and follow up of near misses, work accidents register, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
  • Ensure work accident handling readiness and insurance (BPJS) coverage claim process.
  • Coordinate and maintain provision of PPE, medicine, first aid kit, and medical facilities readiness.
  • Implement contingency plan, ensure countermeasure of fire hazards inside of company always well maintained and prepared as well as for other emergencies.
  • Ensure effective Admin functions, (Security, Cleaning, Transportation, Meal, etc)

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Public Health Management or any relevant professional qualification
  • 2 years experience in the manufacturing/textile industry
  • A strong understanding of complaints/regulations related to Health & safety with practical exposure.
  • Fair knowledge of handling Human resources administration.
  • Good communication in English, Strong Interpersonal Skills, and PR skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
