Job Description
- Drive occupational health and safety processes and procedures, coordinate with the health and safety team for the implementation and conduct internal HSE audit.
- Execute health and safety engagement activities to promote safety in the organization to ensure 100% health & safety of employees.
- Maintain record and follow up of near misses, work accidents register, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure work accident handling readiness and insurance (BPJS) coverage claim process.
- Coordinate and maintain provision of PPE, medicine, first aid kit, and medical facilities readiness.
- Implement contingency plan, ensure countermeasure of fire hazards inside of company always well maintained and prepared as well as for other emergencies.
- Ensure effective Admin functions, (Security, Cleaning, Transportation, Meal, etc)
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Public Health Management or any relevant professional qualification
- 2 years experience in the manufacturing/textile industry
- A strong understanding of complaints/regulations related to Health & safety with practical exposure.
- Fair knowledge of handling Human resources administration.
- Good communication in English, Strong Interpersonal Skills, and PR skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
