Job Description

Job Responsibility

Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice and compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
Conduct on-site visits to establish rapport with front-line business and assess workplace conditions and labor issue risks.
Provide advice and coaching line managers on all human resource-related matters.
Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings & solutions to the management team.
Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Days: 5 Days / Week

Working Location: Perai, Penang

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
Extensive experience working in HRBP, HR Strategy and strong HR concepts, excellent execution in the diversified workplace.
Must be profient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a an added advantage.
Good command of Mandarin and computer literacy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multi-cultural communication skills.
