Work with business leadership to support a holistic human capital strategy that meets the evolving needs of the business.
Represent HR to ensure the HR implications of business activities are well planned and understood in the early stages, and appropriate action taken.
Proactively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and legal risk; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and governmental regulations, partner with legal department to support investigations as needed.
Collaborate with leaders and proactively assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions as needed.
Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other HR teams to implement solutions.
HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to the completion and delivery of HR initiatives that support our strategic objectives and enhance the employee experience, including change management, engagement and wellbeing.
Requirements
Ideally, more than 8 years of experience in Human Resources field including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, organization development and talent management.
Previous HR Business Partner experience from banking, financial institutions or consulting preferred.
Strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior managements in order to influence.
Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with all levels of management both in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs.
Strong business acumen to grow businesses through the ongoing development and support of its people.
