Job Responsibility
- Conducting day-to-day performance management guidance to stake holder.
- Working along with business leaders to provide solutions in people matters in organization plans, performance management, and the culture of the company.
- Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve the performance of the business
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees.
- Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Suggesting new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole and to improve the employee experience.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Business or any relevant background.
- Experienced in related field min. 5 (five) years.
- A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, etc.
- Able to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data.Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
- Fluent in English, both spoken and writtenExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
