We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks and will play a key role in recruitment and shaping the employee experience at our company. You will work independently, ensuring that all HR operations are efficiently and effectively executed.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Facilitate the seamless integration of new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exits.
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular employee performance evaluations.- Oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge for new hires and current employees.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and resolving issues as needed.- Perform additional HR tasks as required to support the HR department and company objectives.
Develop and manage initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
Having 4+ years of experience in HR roles.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
