Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum education of S1 in various majors
  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR
  • Experience in an F&B or manufacturing company is a plus
  • Fast learner, people-oriented, thorough, and agile
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and accustomed to using HRIS
  • Strong knowledge of BPJS and employment regulations

Responsibilities

  • Managing employee information within the HRIS and company databases
  • Responsible for calculating, disbursement, and reporting of monthly payroll
  • Fulfilling the needs for office supplies, attributes, and staff welfare
  • Handling the administration and payments related to employees in the BPJS system
  • Organizing shifts, tracking absences, managing overtime, and processing employee leave requests
  • Responsible for employee-related documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and confidential agreements
  • Ensuring employee discipline and compliance by monitoring adherence to company regulations
