Job Description

The ideal candidate is expected to be able to perform general Human Resource duties. Helping supervisors manage employees and relations with employees. Organizing and running employee training programs and educating employees about new matters or policies in the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree of Psychology / Law / Management from Reputable University with Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
  • At least have experience in the same position for 1 (one) year.
  • Have knowledge about Labor Law.
  • Have an understanding of the Recruitment Process.
  • Have knowledge about Employment and Maintenance of Employees.
  • Able to work in team and have excellent communication skills.
  • Have critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Have a good time management
