Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Ametis Villa Bali. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for ensuring a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement.
Qualifications
Experienced in similar position within 2-3 years experience in 5 star hotel or luxury boutique resort
Proven experience in human resources management
Experience handling and have knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have experience work with Expatriate
