- In-Depth Knowledge of Labor Laws and Local Regulations
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)- Strong Leadership Skills and Experience in Change Management
Excellent Communication Skills, both Written and Verbal
- Strategic Vision in HR Policy Development and Workforce Planning
Emotional Intelligence and the Ability to Handle Sensitive Situations- Experience in the Media or Advertising industry is an Advantage
