Job Description:
1.Responsible for recruitment of Kingfa Indonesia positions.
2.Support the preparation of international business, understand the business strategy, establish effective mechanisms to ensure organisational development, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance and other human resource work;
3.Understand the relevant policies of the country where the business is located, and establish a compliant and competitive HR programme;
4.Responsible for the implementation and promotion of HR policies, systems and key projects within the business, providing comprehensive HR solutions and related support for overseas and expatriate employees to enhance employee experience;
5.Explore global HR management practices through relevant industry research or data analysis.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2. 2 years or above HR experience, Specialized in Southeast Asian recruitment; familiar with local labour policies and regulations, HR experience in manufacturing industry is preferred;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills in cross-departmental and cross-cultural areas, good professional influence, interpersonal understanding and high-level communication and promotion skills.
4. Fluent in English, Chinese is preferred.
