Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager with Dupoin Indonesia in Jakarta Selatan. The HR Manager will act as an HR business partner for our leaders and employees.
Responsibilities
- Be the process owner and manage the full HR lifecycle, including HR administration (on/offboarding, internal transfers), talent Acquisition/ management processes (annual performance cycle, development) and compensation cycle, payroll generation
- Implement HR processes and procedures with focus on digitalization and employee experience, compliance with labor laws.
- Set up and implement and/or improvise HR system, procedures, policy and manpower management.
- Liaise with external training provider on course application including training grant application and claims.
- In-charged of Work Pass application and Visa for expats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/master's in business administration, psychology, or related field. Further education in the field of HR is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as HR Manager/Business Partner or HR generalist role, with Strong Experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Have Financial Services/ Securities Industry knowledge will be a huge advantage.
- Solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
- Able to build an HR Function from the ground (Transform a Traditional HR function to a more forward-looking people-oriented HR function).
- Understanding of Indonesia's HR policies, laws, and regulations.
- Independent, pro-active/entrepreneurial working style with a can-do attitude and willingness to be hands-on work with limited direction (Take the Initiative type).
- Ability and willingness to drive the quality and value of HR through digitalization and employee experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (English and Chinese), as required to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
