Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
- Ensure full legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee General Affairs (GA) operations, including facility management and vendor relations.
- Administer payroll and ensure accuracy in compensation.
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Implement and manage performance management systems, including KPIs and regular appraisals.
- Foster employee engagement through team activities, communication, and initiatives.
- Conduct regular Headquarter Visits to align with organizational goals and strategies.
