Supervise and ensure HR recruitment and operation activities- Able to conduct end-to-end recruitment, coordinates with management to plan , analyse, and develop staffing needs
Initiate and coordinate job adds, review job application and resumes, and ensure job offer are made in accordance with procedures
- Organize and coordinate all employee training needs collaborate with Dept. Head concern
Monitor performance and evaluation process- Ensure personal admin activities and documentation are accurately and timely recorded.
Understand and update for the HR policy and regulation based on Indonesia labour Law
- Maintenance communication between HR and employee both regularly and incidentally
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives- Other supporting activities
