Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with minimal 6 years of experience in HR fields (preferred at least asst. manager level)
• Experience in people development is preferred
• Have Organizational Development Background
• Have general knowledge of Industrial Relations (Job Creation Law) and its implementation strategies
• Have an excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills
• Strong in data analyze, creative thinking and problem solve
• Good leadership in team
• Willing to work onsite at PIK, North Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

1. Monitoring and controlling end to end processes at HRGA: recruitment, HR development, payroll, employee relations, general affairs
2. Review individual and departmental KPIs and their alignment with the company's KPIs, Vision, and Mission
3. Develop long and short term HR planning strategies
