This position will report to General Manager
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizational
- Bridge management and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of human resource experience in hospitality industry
- Have the experience to manage end to end HR business process
- Good understanding of labor laws in Indonesia and their application
- High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity and respect for confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and be time-sensitive to tasks that are critical, challenge back when needed
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor
