Mamame Whole Foods(PT Kang International) is a health food company specialized in creating delicious and healthy snacks. We use non-GMO black-eyed-beans to make our in-house tempeh, which is then transformed into our crispy and savory snack - the Tempeh Chip. Our chips are 100% gluten-free, vegan, and plant-based, providing a guilt-free and keto-friendly snack option. Currently, our Tempeh Chips are distributed both online and offline in retail stores across South Korea, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand, and we have plans to expand to the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland by the end of this year.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Officer at Mamame Whole Foods location in Cakung. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, job description development, and overall HR management. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as recruiting and hiring, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, and handling employee inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in HR management, HR policies, and human resources
• Strong skills in employee relations and resolving employee issues
• Experience in developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis
