The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be able to speak English and Indonesian and have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including source, screen, interview and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent portrait.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with the team on employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is essential; Chinese language will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
