Job Description

HR Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team and help drive our company's human resource initiatives to the next level. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the HR, implementing effective HR strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Act as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflicts, address grievances, and promote a harmonious workplace environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Implement and manage the performance review process, ensuring regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and employee terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Provide regular reports to management on key HR data and trends.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improving HR processes and overall business performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role (HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Adept at handling employee disputes, resolving grievances, and managing disciplinary actions.
  • Strong understanding of how to manage employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
  • Ability to identify talent gaps and coordinate efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Understanding payroll processes, including deductions and taxation.
  • Willing to work in PIK, North Jakarta.
