Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Training Consultant located in Kuta Utara. As a Human Resources Training Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing training and development programs for our organization. This includes conducting needs assessments, designing and delivering training modules, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. You will also provide HR consulting services to support our team and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Training & Development
• Strong knowledge of training principles, methodologies, and practices
• Ability to create and deliver engaging training programs
• Experience in HR consulting and providing strategic HR solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Certification is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
