The role we are hiring for
The Indonesia Regional Lead, Business Development is responsible for guiding the organization to deliver accessible and affordable healthcare, as part of Doctor Anywheres purpose-driven growth agenda.
The Regional Lead, Business Development also plays a key role in the development and execution of the countrys plan for the country to achieve its strategic and financial objectives - accountability for driving growth for the entire portfolio and preparing the market for launches, while proactively managing the P&L.
This role reports directly to the Vice President, Strategy.

Responsibilities.
Conceptualise, plan and execute the implementation of strategic and operating plans which will provide for the realization of product plans, successfully exploit business opportunities and ensure financial targets are achieved.
Ensure the successful identification, planning and exploitation of new business opportunities and partnerships to develop the business aligned with the Group strategic direction.
Be accountable for the businesss overall performance and P&L.
Hire, manage and motivate the team on the ground. Serve as both a coach and team player to the employees; assist to create and implement robust policies and procedures.
Understand local regulatory requirements and competitors.
Ensure company policies, processes and legal guidelines are communicated and adhered to.
Initiate, manage and oversee the execution of marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
Work closely with the CEO and VP, of Strategy to set strategic forecasts and a roadmap for Doctor Anywhere Indonesia and how it ties to the Group.
Partner closely with People & Culture to drive culture and be a role model for our Indonesia team.
Requirements
Degree in Business with at least 5 years of Commercial and General Management (P&L) experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in insurance, healthcare, business development and startup general management and operations a major plus
Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on and able to work autonomously if required
Strong communication and people management, interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong business relationships, foster stakeholder engagement, create new partnerships and drive culture of collaboration and innovation
Analytical thinker, decision-maker with focus on action and outcomes
A start-up attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
