Project daily management, Responsible for the delivery of the project and the customer satisfaction of project customer
Organize project construction and delivery--Project outputs: Project organization chart, project member list, Project kick-off meeting and project tasks brief
Barrier-free communication and management with all stakeholders of the project--Project outputs: Project communication plan or project Project reporting mechanism
Project planning and project implementation management--project implementation schedule and project milestone
Project teams management and project IDC technique support
Project risk prediction and project risk identification, and preparation of risk response plans
Handling and solving on-site project issues/problems
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years Project management in IDC fields, have on-site project management experience and have a good project communication & coordination ability & experience with both Chinese customers also local Indonesian customers
Hardworking and dedicated
Impartiality and selflessness, in project management, can not only grasp the big, but also deduct the small
Emotionally controllable, and not disturbed by personal emotions in daily project work
