Implementation Consultant - Point of Sale
Things you will do
- Learn about the latest technology in hospitality and food & beverage industries.
- Managing project timelines for POS product suite installations.
- Configure on-premise or cloud POS product suite.
- Train the product with a demonstrated understanding of modern F&B management techniques.
- Work with the client at all levels of the organization (corporate, restaurant executives & staff)
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
- Submit timely and accurate project status, timecard and other required reporting via current communication method.
You'll fit in this job if you are
- An Indonesian citizen.
- A Bachelor's or Diploma Degree from Information Technology / Systems / Hospitality; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- A tech savvy person with an in-depth knowledge of computer software and hardware.
- A dynamic, self-motivated with initiative, be able to work independently and strong desire to succeed.
- Have hotel or F&B industry background is an advantage.
- Age between 25-35 years old.
- To be based in Jakarta or Bali.
Abilities
- Good command of the English language both written and spoken.
- Project Management and interpersonal skills with the ability to earn respect from the customer project teams.
- Presentation and communications.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- SQL, Oracle and technical skills.
- Previous experience working with a POS system or previous experience installing / configuring / training front of the house software would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Micros Oracle 3700/9700/Simphony would be an advantage.
