Serve as the customer interface for IMS products, responsible for technical exchanges with customers regarding the core network and improving customer satisfaction
Responsible for debugging, integrating, acceptance, and maintenance of IMS core network products, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing various indicators
Coordinate with customers, pre-sales, R&D departments to communicate and solve engineering or product related issues, and provide necessary technical support
Track network issues, provide feedback and handle difficult issues, collect and organize technical information
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above Telecommunication, electrical, or computer related majors are preferred
5 years experience at least in telecomunication industry and 3 years experience in IMS network at least
Familiar with the network structure of IMS core network, have a certain understanding of the core network equipment, and have a certain ability to handle faults
Fluent in English,Can conduct short-term business trips within Indonesia
Eager to learn new knowledge,Willing to work hard and good in communication& coordination and teamwork, have good ability to work under pressure
