Executes all daily in-process control activity during manufacturing process (Production, Effervescent line, Packing including sampling, testing controlling) and reports such any deviation and progress, performs alignment with other department in regards In process control activity relevant.
Ensures that all instruments in operation department are well maintained and calibrated.
Executes all sample Composite/Stability/MP/Retained for commercial batch is delivered to QC with timely manner.
Ensures that the IPC facilities (rooms, instruments, utensils, and other properties) are clean, orderly placed, in its proper validity and good working condition, safety operable and secured.
Completes timely Batch Records review, reconcile of batch record and closure to meet site KPI target, including daily BR Scrum Board performance dialogue with key stakeholders. Ensures responsibility and daily target are followed through to ensure sustainability.
Requirements
Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry
Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably In Process Control
