Job Responsibilities:

1Master and understand local celebrities and industry trends, collect business information and materials, and establish a media resource library.

2Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with artists, star agencies, and other partners to ensure the company obtains high-quality media resources.

3Monitor media market dynamics, analyze competitors star media deployment strategies, and provide targeted procurement suggestions for the company.

4Based on brand placement objectives, accurately select stars and resources that match the brand's tone, and complete business negotiations, including price negotiations, scheduling confirmation, brief writing, content customization review, and post-deployment management.

5Priority will be given to candidates with beauty and daily chemical star resources.

Job Requirements:

1Select suitable artists and celebrities for cooperation based on the company's project needs to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

2Negotiate with artists, star agencies, and other partners to strive for reasonable prices and cooperation terms.

3Be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and signing contracts with artists and celebrities to ensure that the contract content is in line with the company's interests.

4Track the work progress of artists and celebrities to ensure they fulfill their obligations as required by the contract.

5Maintain relationships with artists and celebrities to accumulate high-quality resources for the company's future projects.

6Have 3-5 years of procurement work experience in stars, artists, and media.
