Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the Influencer Marketing team to align with the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
- Develop and implement strategic plans for influencer marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals and client objectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to key performance metrics and continuously strive for operational excellence.
Team Management and Development:
- Supervise and mentor the Influencer Marketing Operations Specialists, providing guidance on day-to-day activities and career development.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, driving team members to meet and exceed campaign goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the team's productivity and skills.
Influencer Relationship Management:
- Oversee the identification and relationship management of key influencers across multiple digital platforms.
- Develop long-term partnerships with top-tier influencers and ensure they align with the company's and client's values.
- Manage influencer onboarding processes and ensure timely, effective communication between the company, clients, and influencers.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Lead the creation of campaign strategies and briefs for clients, ensuring they meet client goals and expectations.
- Supervise the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from planning and influencer selection to performance tracking and reporting.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
Social Media and Content Strategy:
- Oversee the management and growth of PopStar's social media accounts, ensuring a strong brand presence and consistent engagement.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Specialists to develop and execute PopStar's editorial plan, incorporating innovative content ideas.
- Ensure the social media strategy aligns with the influencer marketing efforts to create cohesive and engaging campaigns.
Platform Management and Analytics:
- Manage the PopStar platform, including overseeing campaign briefs, influencer submissions, and weekly tracking of campaign performance.
- Approve influencer submissions and handle any necessary revisions to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future campaign effectiveness.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring their influencer marketing needs are met and fostering strong client relationships.
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Creative, and Product Development to ensure cohesive campaign execution and upselling opportunities.
- Deliver detailed campaign reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, results, and insights.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, new platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize influencer marketing processes, platform usage, and campaign outcomes.
Other Responsibilities:
- Handle additional projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.
- Act as a thought leader within the company, contributing to the overall knowledge base and fostering innovation in influencer marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years Proven work experience as a Senior Influencer Marketing or Lead
- Experience planning and leading influencer campaign project
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
- Ability to identify and track relevant influencer campaign KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
