Influencer Onboarding Specialist

Job Description:

We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team as Influencer Onboarding Specialists. In this role, you'll help onboard influencers onto our platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for them as they become part of our community.

Responsibilities:

Aid in reaching out to and recruiting influencers to join our platform.

Engage with influencers through various channels like email, social media, etc., to inform them about our platform's advantages.

Lead influencers through the registration and onboarding procedures, ensuring they comprehend all prerequisites and processes.

Offer assistance and support to influencers as necessary throughout the onboarding phase, addressing any queries or issues they might have.

Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute strategies for attracting and integrating influencers.

Maintain precise records of influencer interactions and onboarding progress.

Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for influencers to enhance their experience on our platform.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices pertinent to influencer marketing.

Requirements:

Proficient communication abilities, both written and spoken, in Bahasa and English.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Capability to operate autonomously and cooperatively within a dynamic setting.

Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of influencer marketing principles.

Previous involvement in customer service or influencer management is advantageous.

Work hours: Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm.

Able to commit to the role for a minimum of 4-6 months.
