Information Technology Development Program (ITDP)

ITDP is a development program aimed best graduates to provide opportunities and banking careers acceleration, especially in Information Technology (IT) in Maybank.

It's a fast track program to develop Talented and Youth Enthusiasts like you to start a career as IT Professional.

This program applies comprehensive development principles which combine classroom, field learning, On the Job Training, as well as special guidance and mentoring by mentors from selected Senior Managers at Maybank.

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from IT, Information System or Computer Science from leading universities (Minimum GPA of 3, scale 4)
• Fresh Graduates or max 2 years working experience
• Smart, agile, eager to learn, high motivation, self driven
