- Hands-on experience with systems analysis, design, and architecture in both technical and business contexts.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networking, cloud solutions, and application deployment.
- Expertise in working with various technologies (e.g., ERP, CRM, business intelligence systems, etc.).
- Familiarity with programming languages and software development tools (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, SQL, UML).
- Experience with data management and integration, including ETL processes, API management, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems would be an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, vendors, and end-users.
- Decision-making capabilities, especially when balancing technical constraints, business requirements, and timelines.
- Experience in managing system changes or migrations, and ensuring seamless implementation with minimal business disruption.
- Ability to work across different departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to identify IT needs and opportunities.
