Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales for Electronic Data Capture (EDC) products and IT payment solutions across both business-to-business (B2B) and retail markets. This role is essential for expanding our market presence and establishing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in both B2B and retail segments.
Manage and grow existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Demonstrate and promote EDC products and IT payment solutions to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Development & Research
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the EDC and IT payment solutions sector.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, retailers, and payment service providers.
Customize sales presentations and demonstrations based on client requirements.
Marketing Campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns tailored to B2B and retail markets.
Create marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and digital content, to support sales initiatives.
Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other marketing events to promote products.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience:
Banking and retail Chain Store
3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in EDC products, payment gateways, or IT solutions.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of EDC, point-of-sale systems, and payment processing technologies.
Ability to create and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience in both B2B and retail markets is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
