Currently, we are looking for IT Support, with Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and software as needed.
- Assist with setting up new user accounts and workstations.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and solutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the Operation team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in maintaining and managing IT inventory, including hardware and software.
- Support the Operational Team with additional projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience 0-1 year as IT Support Role.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have relevant experience in IT support
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
