Job Description

Currently, we are looking for IT Support, with Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and update computer systems and software as needed.
  • Assist with setting up new user accounts and workstations.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and solutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Collaborate with the Operation team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing IT inventory, including hardware and software.
  • Support the Operational Team with additional projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience 0-1 year as IT Support Role.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have relevant experience in IT support
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
