1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support and infrastructure.
3. Proficiency in Virtualization Machines (VMware / Hyper-V).
4. Solid understanding of Server Networking.
5. Knowledge of network troubleshooting and configuration.
6. Experience with SQL Server.

1. Level 1 Maintenance for AIMS-SDx Servers: Oversee maintenance and support for AIMS-SDx servers.
2. Support for AIMS-SDx Platform: Provide operational support for the platform.
3. Document Management: Manage document uploads, transitioning from analog to digital formats.
