Jitera, inc. is a startup company from Japan that makes software to automate the development of mobile and web applications. Our product can be called a No-Code, Low-Code, and code generator. By using our product, customers can develop software 10 times faster.
It's under development with a lot of tries and errors, but the number of applications developed with our product is increasing, and in fact, there is a case where a mobile application was developed about 10 times faster than usual.
As the characteristics of our company, we are a team of professionals working remotely, and we have a track record of significant growth over the past year in terms of revenue, product development, and team members.
Job Overview
Our business is growing steadily, so we are launching an infrastructure team for further growth.
Especially in this position, we expect to build an infrastructure to handle hundreds of terabytes of data and store knowledge through Jitera's client project in order to get ideas for new features of Jitera's products.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Design architecture, implement, and maintain the infrastructure.
- Working with Engineers and Managers on the operational requirements of software solutions, a software infrastructure platform
- Collaborate with development teams to improve the reliability, performance, availability, and security of products.
- Participants in various meetings, and contribute to ideas relevant to the product roadmap with a strong understanding of future customers and their desires.
- Monitor and fix bugs to ensure that customers can use the application as expected.
- Create technical documentation and communicate clearly across the product team.
- Support team members to review, give feedback, and onboard.
Required Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience as an SRE or cloud infrastructure engineer.
- Experience in multi-tenancy architecture with Kubernetes.
- Professional-level AWS and Azure familiarity
- Deep knowledge of databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector DB)
- Experience in utilizing infrastructure as code solutions.
- Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills or technologies effectively.
- Ability to multitask and retain a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Business-level English skills (speaking/listening/writing/reading)
- Communication skills to work cooperatively in a remote team.
Desirable Experiences
- Server-side programming familiarity with Node.js, Ruby, or Rust.
- Experience in developing applications with AI services.
